Emerald Cut
This cut earned its name as the traditional cut used for emeralds and is one of the most classic diamond shapes. The emerald cut is a rectangular shape with blocked corners and clean step-cut lines. Since the diamond relies on a simple structure with large facets, the gem used usually will be of a higher quality to avoid seeing inclusions with the naked eye.
