Q: What is your return policy?
A: A store credit will be issued for unused merchandise, except items that are personalized, when returned within 60 days in the original box. Engagement rings and wedding bands are custom-made and, consequently, they cannot be returned. A refund or credit card credit may be obtained, only by the original purchaser, when merchandise is returned within 10 days. A check will be issued for all cash refunds. All credits or refunds will be issued less shipping and handling. Only merchandise purchased from Michael C. Fina will be accepted for return. No credit for "AS IS" or sale merchandise.
Q: Do you offer an upgrade policy?
A: Michael C. Fina is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction forever. We understand that there is no other ring that will ever replace the first in your memories, but should you wish to upgrade a diamond to one that is even one dollar more than the original, we will credit the full price of the first diamond toward your purchase of another.
Q: Will you set my diamond?

Q: Can I buy only the mounting?
A: Absolutely! At Michael C. Fina we carry the largest selection of designer engagement rings and wedding bands on the East Coast, and each semi-mounting can be purchased with or without a center diamond. Michael C. Fina will also set a gemstone of yours in the new mounting for a small fee.
Q: When will I get my ring?
A: A designer ring is individually crafted, with each piece receiving the dedicated personal attention of master artisans. As a result, it typically takes the craftsmen of our brands six-eight weeks to create your ring.
Q: What is the difference between a handmade ring and a machine-made ring?
A: Each machine-made ring is mass-produced to rigid specifications and is often only seen by a person in the last stages of creation. This process allows for speed, but often results in an inferior product as the quality of the ring is sacrificed in favor of quantity.
