How To Redeem Your Store Credit Online
In order to redeem your credit online, you will need the following to proceed:
(Your credit must have been issued within the last 2 years)
- Your unique credit number.
- The last name associated with your credit.
Reference the credit receipt provided to you for this information. If you do not have a receipt, please call us at 1-800-289-3462 or email email@example.com.
Step 1: Billing Information Tab
On the third tab during your checkout process you'll see fields for "Promo Code" and "Gift Certificate or Store Credit" on the bottom right. Enter the appropriate information here and continue to order confirmation.
Step 2: Confirm Amount
You'll notice that your total has been adjusted based on the credit you provided. If your total is $0.00, then your purchase is fully paid for. If the credit amount is incorrect please call us to complete your purchase.
