Consolidated Registry Terms & Conditions

Consolidated Delivery Program

• All orders placed for you (registered couple) are held until approval is given to release them. Michael C Fina will not process any orders until told to do so by the registrants.
• Notification of all purchases made towards the registry will be sent to registered couple via email.
• The purchaser is informed at time of transaction that the registered couple has selected to hold delivery of all gifts until the registered couple releases the orders and that the registered couple will receive notification of the purchase.
• For up to 60 days after the wedding, the registered couple may review all orders placed for their registry. At this time, the registered couple has the option to modify their registry in any way (change patterns, change quantities, change individual pieces, etc…), although purchasers will not be charged an additional amount.
• After the registered couple has finalized their registry, the registry is released. All future orders placed for registered couple will not be held and will ship directly to the delivery address on file.
• Orders of stocked merchandise may be shipped within 3 – 5 days after the release date. Merchandise ordered from the manufacturer may be shipped as late as 12 weeks after the release date unless the registered couple is notified of any further delay.
• Michael C. Fina will not notify purchasers whether their order has been accepted or modified by the registered couple.Michael C. Fina is not responsible for stocking all merchandise purchased under the couple's registry
• Michael C. Fina is not responsible for stocking all merchandise purchased under the couple’s registry.
• Michael C. Fina will make several attempts to contact the couple. If there is no response from the couple, Michael C. Fina will issue a store credit equal to the total value of orders on hold.

Gift Notification

• You will be notified in the form of an email of all gifts purchased off your registry. It is recommended that you make giftnotification@mcfina.com and giftsummary@mcfina.com approved email addresses through your Internet email provider. You can review your HOLD orders; this information can be found by accessing your registry online under the Registry section - “Gift Purchases”.

Change of Delivery Address

• For delivery address changes from a non-taxable area to a taxable area, the registrant will be required to pay the sales tax on any orders that have not yet shipped.
• For delivery address changes from a taxable area to a non-taxable area, the sales tax will be credited to the registered couple in the form of store credit only.
• The delivery address on file cannot be updated online.

Returns & Credits

• In the event unused and undamaged merchandise purchased from Michael C. Fina is returned by the registrants for any reason whatsoever within sixty days after the registrants’ wedding date or release date, Michael C. Fina will issue a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price paid for such merchandise, less the cost of shipping and handling.
• No merchandise will be accepted for a return or exchange after 60 days.
• Only merchandise purchased from Michael C. Fina may be returned.
• Credits are valid for two years from date issued.
• Special order and personalized merchandise is not returnable.

Cancelled Orders & Credits

• In the event the registrants wish to cancel all or a portion of any order from their registry at any time prior to shipment by Michael C. Fina, the registrants shall give written or verbal notification to Michael C. Fina and Michael C. Fina will issue a store credit equal to the value of the cancelled order.

Unavailable or Discontinued Merchandise & Credits

• Michael C. Fina will make every effort to notify you in the event your china, stemware or flatware becomes unavailable or discontinued. You will receive correspondence to the first listed mailing address on the registry. We will continue to keep you informed for a period up to six months after your wedding date. Registrants will not be notified of unavailable or discontinued giftware items. Once notified, the registrants have sixty days to exercise the following options:
  1. to cancel all outstanding merchandise, as well as, to return any or all previously shipped, unused and undamaged, merchandise from the unfulfilled “pattern” and Michael C. Fina will issue a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price paid for any outstanding and/or shipped merchandise
     OR
     
  2. to cancel all outstanding merchandise, as well as, to return any or all previously shipped, unused and undamaged, merchandise from the unfulfilled “pattern” and Michael C. Fina will issue a full refund to the purchasers in the form of their original payment for any outstanding and/or shipped merchandise.

Special Order and Import Patterns

• Special/Custom order and import items are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Michael C. Fina makes no guarantees as to delivery time of special orders and import items.
• Import patterns and special order merchandise will not be ordered until the registered couple has approved the release of corresponding orders.

Completion Program

• Registered couples are entitled to a one-time 10% completion discount up until one year from the wedding date.
• This discount cannot be combined with bridal credits or any other discount or promotion.
• This discount does not apply to American Sterling flatware or 6-piece place settings with bonus soup bowls.

Pricing

• All promotions / pricing / discounts are subject to change without notice.
• Any price change will be reflected on the registry
• Some merchandise prices will not appear online and must be purchased directly through the store or our Customer Service Department.

Privacy

• Michael C. Fina is committed to protecting its customers’ privacy and will not sell, rent, or give away any personal information about the purchaser beyond informing the registered couple of the identity of the purchaser of a gift.
