We want your experience with us to be perfect. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll refund the merchandise total excluding shipping charges. If you would like to return an item(s) simply notify us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue you Return Authorization (RA). Once we’ve received the item(s), we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. These items cannot be returned:

What If An Item Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive to your home safe and secure. If an item does arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days. When you contact customer service they will ask you for pictures of your damaged item(s), packing slip and box. Depending on the item customer service may ask you to return the damaged product. Upon receipt of this information we will be happy to send you a replacement.
